Use QuickModeler for getting an overall crude visual overview of the interfaces and classes defined in your project.*
Refactor can change your variable names for you / make a function out of a bunch of lines automatically and all that without any modal dialog interfaces. It looks cool (disclaimer – haven’t tried this myself for want of VS2005)
* The quickmodeler link takes you to a registration page. Quiet thoughtfully, this page does not send out an email to bug you later. It simply opens up outlook with the data you have entered, so that you can chose to send an email if you want.
LineCounter quite easily counts all the lines in your project discarding empty spaces and shows a neat UI for it.
